Congrats on the 200,000 youtube subscribers. Also I like your new tile cutting video. I got the "beast" and I learned I was using it the wrong way, I was always plunging into the tile to cut it, then moving the slider back and forth, instead of having the saw already at cutting level, then sliding t...

Re: Base cabinets on subfloor

if I understand you correctly, you can put matching quarter round at the base of the cabinet, to cover the expansion gap you will need to leave.Otherwise If I knew I was going to be short of hardwood, with is easy to determined just by finding out the sq,footage of the space and the sq footage of th...

the best thing to do is listen to the manufacturers instructions first, then if you still in doubt go to an experienced professional, but if your very handy at diy projects , listening to the manufacturer instructions shouldn't be too complicated, that you cant wrap your head around it to implement ...

I would use the same thickness of plywood that's on the house already, and plywood should be ok , I personally would use osb due to being more cheaper, and to make the new siding and old siding be level with each other, I will just duplicate what the old owner did, use the same level thickness strofo...

Re: Rain water leak in vent pipe

if you dry it off first, some silicone or caulking probably work, but the best way to fix it is replace the pipe, but if the pipe is loose and you can pull it out the socket, probably using the correct pvc or abs glue and primer will be the way to go, "I forget which material is the white pipe"
