Thanks for the reply Clarence I read some where about those posible reasons, I checked the relief valve and looks to work fine. Do you think the rod is reacting with the well water and making some kind of gas inside the water heater? I red is possible but I never imagine it can produce that much, th...

I forgot to ask
It is better to paint the concrete before installing the Dricore? or just leave it as is?
I asume that if painted it will be harder for humidity to seep up trough the painted concrete floor, but in the other hand will be much slower to dry if something happened?
