Sill plate insulation

Hi , my sill plate is flush with my foundation wall, should i apply foam filler in the gap
or since i will apply 1'' rigid foam on all foundation walls i just leave it like that

Hi , Found this drywall sheets fixed on the non foundation part of my wall (bricks from outside) I will install rigid insulation (1'') on that wall Should i remove these drywall sheets and replace them with plywood, or i can leave them and continue my insulation process ( rigid foam + roxwool r14) z...

Thanks for your advice, finally my supplier said there will be a solution to have a torsion spring system with 10'' clearance

It’s above the rail. i need more space to install the cable drum.
Do you mean change both rounded air duct for one rectangular?

Hi i' changing my garage door and i want the torsion spring system. I have two air ducts (supply my living room right up my garage). I don't have the minimum clearance (12'') so i'm thinking: 1- Does my living room really need two air ducts? 2- If yes ,what if i remove one air duct and i install a f...
