Sorry about the pictures, the 3 of them need to be turned 90 degrees clockwise.

Here’s some pictures to check if it’s ok to cut. The wall is going parallel with the rafters.

Removing plate on non load bearing wall

I am in the process of removing a non load bearing wall. The wal goes from the outside wall to the middle gerder. The plate in the ceiling has 2 2x4 nailed together. The bottom one goes from wall to wall but the upper one goes into the wall a little, sitting on top of another piece of wood. My quest...
