I spent the afternoon up in the attic, unfortunately I found a couple more issues. I ended up just replacing the whole flex pipe with a new one. Thanks for the info. I'll look into increasing the gap under the door, I would say that it is roughly 1/8 - 1/4 right now. The distance from the fan to the vent opening on the roof would be around 4' - 5', the flex pipe looks to be at least 8', there is a lot of excess. In order to get a drop in the...

The main problem, our bathroom exhaust fan drips in the winter! The duct inside the attic is insulated flex duct, it is quite long though.
