Not sure what that is, other than an elaborate cap. Do I see a bolt there at the base, which would indicate that there is a second bolt on the other side? If this is the case, remove those bolts, there is probably a proper toilet flange underneath. If you have no flange, then we have more work to do.

2 things I can think of : either cut the lead with a saw and use a ''drain'' to connect to the abs below? or somehow I have to break the concrete to ''unscrew'' that thing?

My understanding of the situation is:
- I neet to to cut the Lead flush to the concrete
-Remove some of my vinyl flooring to make space for a Closet Flange
- Install the said closet flange
- Put down a Wax Donut
- sit the toilet on it
- connect the water outlet to the toilet?

I've never seen one of those before, maybe Shannon has.

My suspicion is that it is either simply a friction fit or it may have an expansion mechanism to force the rubber ring out against the inside of the pipe. First thing I would do is chip the concrete lightly away from the base of this thing, this is to prevent this debris from falling into the drain and possibly causing downstream issues. Then I'd lightly tap the thing back and forth with my hands to see if it will break loose from a friction fit. If that doesn't work, then I'd try twisting it counter clockwise to see if there is a screw mechanism that will loosen so that the thing can be removed.

Once out of the way, you're then probably dealing with a raw pipe, no toilet flange, which means you'll have to install one, how you do that will depend on what kind of pipe you've got and whether the floor will need to be chipped up to install it.

You may want to go to the company website to see exactly what that product is and how to remove it. Maybe you cut it as you suspect, maybe it's removable as I suspect, I do not know.

from the google picture I dont think I should be removing the thing there seem to be a backflow protection device ( the black ring on the lead pipe. this might be the actuall connection. why its made that way over a simple abs 4'' pipe I have no clue

Hmm This is interesting I have never ever seen that before. It seems you found the proper video to help you along. The only thing she missed in the video was to attach the metal flange to the floor as well.
I have no idea why this would have been done like this instead of just ABS or PVC but I see now how it works.
