I need to move an existing wall 6”. How difficult would it be? Is it worth it? Can I use the existing frame work?

Too many unknowns in your question to be able to answer it. Generally, an interior, non-structural wall isn't too bad to move. Generally, a structural wall of any kind will be difficult and expensive. Regardless of the type of wall, plumbing, electrical, or other appurtenances within the wall will also factor into the difficulty level and expense.

What are you trying to achieve? what size is the wall? Moving any already finished wall presents a whole bunch of challenges depending on complexity of the wall. Moving a wall for 6" seems to be a lot of work for a small change

Thank you. It won’t be worth it.
