What would cause this? It's a new replacement window

Pretty normal thing to have condensation form on the inside surface of a window. Cold glass+ warm room+condensation. About the only ways to combat it are to open window coverings to allow air circulation or possibly install a dehumidifier if the problem is severe enough.
If the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.

Ya even new windows will have this problem with the right conditions. Humidity in the house meets the cold glass surface
