irregular door framing

This is my first time am going to remove and install new doors inside my house,, but i have a problem with the old frame, the top is 27"3/4 and the bottom is 29" 3/4 wide, how van i fix this irregular frame

If it's the door jamb itself, I'd remove the frame and reset it properly or install a prehung door assembly. If it's the house framing that's crooked, don't worry about it, use shims to plumb your door in place.
If the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.
