Ask your questions regarding the exterior of your house - siding, roofing, etc.

I recently had an issue with my air conditioning and had to replace our entire a/c unit. When the company removed the old A/C condenser in the back of the house it leaked oil, leaving a long streak of oil from the back of the house right into the driveway. Whats incredible is that I just put down brand new concrete where the A/C unit was and just completed a new blacktop driveway. I have tried everything to remove the oil streak from both the concrete and asphalt. I mean everything, from power washer, to dawn soap, to kitty litter, to oil degreaser, to laundry detergent, to baking soda. Nothing even remotely works. So basically I have 2 questions. Does anyone know if there is anything I can try to remove those stains. Or do you think I should sue the A/C company for compensation? I've never sued before so no idea if this is even an option. But it really has made an awful mark on both the new concrete and blacktop.
I'd start with the AC company, see if you can get some financial satisfaction. Unfortunately, oil isn't easy to get out of concrete, it is likely there permanently. A steam cleaner may help to lighten the stain, you could rent one to find out
