As you said in your video for bypass ballast to converting to led 8' light, which is good but what you do if you have a 3 wires coming out from main lines (Black ,White and Red) White wire goes to one end, Black (hot) wire goes to other end (what about Red Wire?)

Can you post a pic of what you see?

I see the wires, but we need to see what they are connected to. Or what they 'were' connected to if they have been disconnected.

Right, it looks like you snipped the wires to the ballast already?

They are coming from main line and they are connected to continuous 12 sets of light.

We still can't advise you without a pic or two of where these wires were/are connected.

Given the Red Black White wire, you either have 2 breakers (sharing the neutral) each feeding 6 lights, or the Red or Black is a switch loop for the switch (or switches if it's 2 circuits)
But at this point I can only guess.

Basically the black and red wires are hot and the White is neutral. All the old ballasts in each light should just have black and white leads, so in some lights you will see the black connected to black, and in others the red connected to black.

If you keep this in mind when retrofitting the bypass LED tubes, it's straightforward. Some lights have red as the hot, some have black. If the red goes through some lights to get to other lights downstream, that does not change.
