Thanks, tomorrow is the other "holiday", Black Friday. When everyone invades the stores for Christmas shopping.

Ya we have the same thing . It kinda has developed into “black week” instead of just Friday. Many retailers have decent deals all week and a few have better deals Friday.

The good news is, I've got a roof over my head and utilities turned on, bad news is, internet is still a few weeks before they get it installed. Something about holidays being a busy season or some such nonsense. Frick'n slackers!

You forget, I have Super Mod powers!

Well, I might as well be building a new house for all the work this one needs! Major termite and rot damage to the living room windows required a complete rebuild of the window frames and drywall inside. Long story, short version is that the pest company that did the work 30 years ago shouldn't have ever been given a license to be in business. On top of that, who waits until December to reroof a house?!?!?! Then there's the bathroom remodel, subfloor work. . . the list gets longer every day.
