Now she's gonna learn that mods are stalking her login activity and sharing it on the forum, which is certainly not creepy and weird. Good job Spruce.

Delete these posts going back to my pic of the TV and hopefully she will not have seen these.

He's told me before that he's always aware.

I grew up on some of those shows. Get smart we would all watch as a family. Bewitched, I dream of Genie, The Monkees, and The Littlest Hobo were our weekend shows. The rest of life was in our pool, at the park, or in the snow. Ain't nobody got time for that much tv when there's snowmen and cannonballs to be had!

Also, I don't look like her, but I appreciate that thought!

I remember Bewitched when I was a little kid. I didn't understand the show at all. I just liked the cartoon intro and theme music. But I sure thought it was weird that an "adult show" had a cartoon intro.

We didn't have cable, so no Nick at Nite to watch those vintage shows, and we never got good UHF reception so the high-numbered antenna channels those shows were on were too fuzzy to watch.

So I pretty much watched current stuff on the Big 3 networks, or the whatever vintage show was still being syndicated on local channels we could tune in clearly.

What mean you by this "adult show" I don't know what you think I was watching as a kid :p

Do you remember recognizing something on fuzzy channels and tinfoiling antennae to no avail, then just "watching" it, aka listening to it?

Apparently. :| :?

Truth is, I can barely turn one of these majick bocks thingies on, let alone be able to figure out how to creep someone. No amount of Moderator or Admin privileges can make up for that! :o

We are plunging into Fall coolness over here... I just learned the upper half of the state is at peak fall leaves color now! How did that happen?

Pretty sure that the defoliation is a direct result of global warming. The problem is, how can we have global - i.e. round planet - warming when the earth is clearly flat?!?!?! If the earth was round, Canada would have slid down over the top of the US and we'd all be Canadian! Besides, if it were a real thing, don't you think our president would tell us it is?*

Funny, you're not the first to solicit my services from across the country! I have a friend in Alabama that would love for me to come stay for a few months too.

It's only a 30 hour drive and $700 or $800 in gas to get there (1900 miles, 10-12mpg, $4/gallon currently here). You got a spot big enough to park Da Burb and trailer? Got an open tab at the bar? Got a Menard's account?!?!?!

One of these days, when I'm rich and famous, I'd love to take a trip around the US to visit all the fine folks I've met online over the years. Maybe even sneak across the border to visit northern friends too, but I'd have to do that at night when the border patrol ain't look'n!

I too need to get around the country more, and of course Canada. I have tentative plans to be in Toronto next May. It will surely be the biggest city I've ever been to.

It'd also be cool to take road trip west to go out and visit a guy I know who moved to Minot and then head north into Sask to meet Shannon, wherever he is in that vast province. I suspect Regina for some reason.

That is a good looking trailer. The side door is very secure with the arm bar also. Get good pad locks and you are set!

Man I would love to get together with any of you sometime. If you are ever in my province id meet up or even give you directions to the "bat cave" so you can drop in. And of course if I enter your general areas of residence I will have to arrange a meet up.
Ive been to Cali area once before but never to Minnesota and I've never been east past Winnipeg in Canada either.

I've been as far east as the Black Hills, but I was knee high to a grasshopper at the time, I could probably use a refresher visit.

Funny how when you're west, you stay west. I've never been to the eastern US, either. lol

But I've been to Cali and the desert southwest. Colorado is freaking amazing.

I've never been much of a traveler, I've changed on that position over the past few years and I'd really like to see more of the country now.

Well, this last week has been interesting.

On the weekend, I had 2 or 3 wasps in the kitchen. Later that day 3 or 4.
Next day around 10-12 ... Then up to 20-30 of them a day.

Kitchen is in reno mode, and a few outlets that are just still roughed in ... and very small openings here and there.
I started closing up as much as I could ... next day another 20-30 wasps.
I finished some mudding to seal things up. Finally, it's been 2 days NO WASPS !!

Obviously there is a problem outside somewhere. I have part of that side of the house stripped, but covered in house wrap. I think I know a couple of spots they were getting in.
Anyways, once I finish up with the styro insulation, and get the siding on, that should be the end of it.

Funny, but I wasn't worried as much about the wasps, as I was about how much cold must be coming in with holes big enough for them to get inside

On a side note, windex kills them very effectively, and you can spray from a good distance
Not to mention that if I was spraying that much Raid inside, how much of it I would be inhaling !

Something that has zero effect is ant spray, so don't use that! years ago I was working on a yard light that wasn't working, open the thing up and there is a huge wasp nest inside the box. All I had in the truck at the time was the ant spray, I figured kill 'em juice was kill 'em juice, but all it did was piss them off! I had to go get wasp spray.
