caulk baseboard to tile in bathroom?

Post by mcgsxr » Mon Oct 07, 2013 3:53 pm

I am just finishing up a net new bathroom build in the basement.

Trim is in and painted, tile is in and sealed (travertine).

The trim is pretty close to following the floor contours, but should I be caulking that joint to prevent any accidental water damage?

I generally would not unless you think a lot of water will get on the floor.

Perfect, and less work!

Now I can focus on the toilet and vanity installs.
