Mold remediation diy or not?

Post by mrklowen » Sat Feb 09, 2019 3:52 pm

I am considering my options for home mold remediation. Some of this process seems fully diy, but some parts seem to call for a professional's attention, especially when special equipment and commercial grade products might be best. What is the best way to figure what parts of the remediation process is diy ok, versus best by a professional?

Depends on how bad the mold problem is, what the cause is, how deep you have to go to remove it, and your handyman/construction skills to be able to repair the damage.

What are you dealing with specifically, pictures would help.
