Wet saws

Is there any wet tile saw that bends both sides on the 45 angle?

Pro wet saws simply have a trolley bed that move in and out from the blade, the angle is whatever you hold the tile at. Cheaper DIY versions are more like a tablesaw with a fixed bed/blade and you use a fence or miter gauge to guide the cut, again, how you hold the tile in relation to the saw is how it's going to cut, there is no "bend", swivel, or tilt, which are characteristics of a miter saw, NOT a tile saw.
If the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.

Yup I agree and most better saws with the motor above the table will allow the head of the saw to tilt one way as well.
