I drained my water tank as mention first time in 10 years water came out was clean same as cold water from my faucets.
But I still have low hot water pressure from all my hot water faucets. What can be done to resolve this problem?

Every house I've ever lived in, new or old, has had lower hot water pressure than cold. My suspicion is that the waterheater acts as a bit of a restriction. In older homes the waterheater outlet can corrode, reducing the pipe diameter, thus, reducing flow/pressure. In really old homes you can still find galvanized pipe, in these cases, all the lines are probably corroded to almost complete blockage.
