I need to make an angle cut were the line is drawn. I don't have a jig but I have a table saw & circular saw. What's the best way?

You can attach a straight piece of wood to the scrap side that is on the same angle you need to cut and use that scrap piece against the fence of the table saw.

What Shannon said, or, make yourself a taper jig. Google this on youtube will be easier than trying to explain it.
